Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Manage and execute brand promotions
  • Develop and implement the Company’s marketing and PR strategy
  • Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, presentations, Web sites and press releases
  • Monitor industry trends and share the latest digital insights & advances in digital marketing with the team


The successful candidate will bring  3 years experience in Digital Marketing, superior verbal and written communication skills, an analytical mind that understands the value of testing and measurement of marketing efforts, ability to think creatively and critically in a fast-paced environment, graphic design experience (proficient with Photoshop), experience using digital marketing and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, etc.)

Software Developer

As a Software Developer, you will:

  • Write, modify, integrate and test software code for the web application
  • Write, test and debug code, so you need to be familiar with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other common programming languages
  • Have knowledge using Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Vue.js, and other common frameworks is preferable
  • Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required
  • Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software


The successful candidate will bring a degree in Computer Science or at least 2 years of experience as a software developer. Practical understanding of JavaScript (ES6, Node.js), HTML5 and CSS, passion for good design and usability, good communication skills.

Business Administrator

As a Business Administrator, you will:

  • Respond to all public inquiries independently where appropriate or re-direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
  • Coordinate the flow of information, publications, and correspondence 
  • Maintain office supply inventory including sourcing sustainable products, standardizing supplies, monitoring consumption, and identify opportunities for savings
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Create and maintain filing systems
  • Be responsible for monthly expense reports


The successful candidate will bring minimum: grade 12 with post-secondary education relating to administrative support experience + 2 years related business administration experience and/or front desk. An equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered. Proficient skills in Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro is an asset.
