How does TalkZone actually work? Once your account is set up, your "Zone" is available 24/7 so you never have to wait to get the help you need. Message your therapist whenever something comes up, no matter where you are.
For "face-to-face" therapy, video chat is available so you and your therapist can plan to connect in real-time. For all video meetings, you and your therapist will schedule an appointment in advance. All communication is hosted on our secure TalkZone platform.
We will work with preschool and young school-aged children (5-10 years old) with a range of speech and language needs. Our main areas of expertise include articulation and phonology, receptive and expressive language disorders, and stuttering.

I'm a parent. Where do I begin?
Contact us and we'll send you a specialized questionnaire to figure out which therapy services you and your child require. A TalkZone account will be set up for you and after that you can select the therapist that suits your family's individual needs.
I'm a therapist. How do I sign up?
Please fill out a SLP Registration form. Once our vetting process is complete you will be provided with a link to your personal "cabinet" with a built-in Inbox so you can connect to patients and see their requests.
How do I connect with my therapist?
Your "Zone" is available anytime, so you never have to wait to share what's on your mind. Reach out to your therapist at any time that is convenient for you by text, audio or video chat. Video chat sessions with your therapist are scheduled in advance through our secure TalkZone platform.
How much does the service cost?
Depending on your individual needs, subscription plans are available so you can customize your treatment in a way that's right for you. Subscription tiers range from $65 to $100 per week (CAD). Change your subscription plan or cancel at any time, as there are no contracts with TalkZone.
Are TalkZone therapists licensed?
Our national network features licensed Canadian therapists. They have been carefully vetted and trained to use TalkZone.
